Words of caution ~

If you haven't applied henna to your skin or hair previously, we highly advise conducting a patch test before scheduling your appointment. As henna comprises natural ingredients, there is a possibility of allergic reactions in some individuals.

While there is nothing as healthy looking as a tan, please avoid spray or fake tanning a week prior to your appointment. We also recommend waiting at least 24 hours after having your eyebrows done. This will avoid tint discolouration, having your fresh tan waxed-off and/or skin breakouts.

Facial peels can bring out tint discolouration. If expecting a tint, get your peel done a week prior to your eyebrow appointment or tell your therapist to apply it away from your eyebrows. Skin care products containing active ingredients (Vitamin A or any form of Retinol, Retinal / Pigment Inhibitors - Hydroquinone, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Azelaic Acid / Topical Prescription Creams / AHA and BHA- Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid) and active facials (All Lasers, Microneedling, RF Microneedling, AHA/BHA peels including pigmentation and Vitamin A peels etc.) can make your skin more sensitive to strip wax. If using any of the above products or recently undergone an active facial please let us know. We will work with you on a less abrasive solution such as eyebrow threading.

If you are using Roaccutane waxing CANNOT be performed as it will lift your skin, only threading will be possible.
