ORDER VALIDATION

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming we received your request. Please note that no agreement is formed until the order has been accepted and processed, and an order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock. While we will always try our best to avoid stock issues or technical glitches, they might happen from time to time.

PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are accepted through our secure online store. For bank transfer payment place your order via email to info@delphinesorel.com.au.

SHIPPING

We offer delivery for Australia only. Orders are usually dispatched twice a week. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery time will be subject to the courier company.

We cannot accept any responsibility for delayed, damages or lost shipments however should any issue arise please feel free to email us at info@delphinesorel.com.au with your contact details and query and we will do our best to assist.

It is your responsibility to make sure all details for delivery are accurate.

RETURN AND REFUND

To fulfill your satisfaction we accept returns for a refund as long as the item is returned unopened and in its original packaging and condition. The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase.

We do not refund original shipping fees, nor cover the return cost.
